APPLICATION REQUIREMENTS

After you choose your new home with Nola4Rent, the next step is to complete an application. The application has a couple key requirements:

  • A credit score of around 650+ - we will do a credit check and it will appear as a “hard inquiry”**

  • Documentation that your gross monthly income is at least 3x the rent

**The Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA) requires each of the nationwide credit reporting companies — Equifax, Experian, and TransUnion — to provide you with a free copy of your credit report, at your request, once every 12 months.  To order, visit annualcreditreport.com  


PET POLICY

For any unit that allows pets, below are the policy and costs:

  • Cats and dogs under 35 lbs are allowed (with some breed restrictions)

  • Pet deposit is $350 per pet - refundable at end of lease term

  • Rent addition of $45/mo per pet
